– Initial review of your medical history
– Assessment of your posture, gait and movements
– Advice on diet and exercise to help aid the treatment process

Upon assessment and review, Healthy Being Osteopathy determines what specific treatment techniques are best suited to a patient’s needs to help them achieve positive Health and Wellbeing.
Following treatment, your osteopath may decide that additional investigations such as X-ray, scans or blood tests are required. Your osteopath may refer you to another health professional.
